Beijing, 28 August 2024 (TDI): Pakistan’s Ambassador to China Khalil Hashmi has said that the cooperation between the Pakistani and Chinese media was vital for deepening the bilateral relations, especially in the context of shared regional and global challenges and opportunities.
The envoy, talking to a Pakistan-China media delegation he hosted at Pakistan House in Beijing on Tuesday, also highlighted the vital role of media in projecting the positive stories of Pakistan-China relations.
He expressed satisfaction on exchanges between Pakistani and Chinese media, and elaborated on the ways to further expand this cooperation.
The interaction was part of ongoing efforts of Pakistan Embassy in Beijing to further strengthen bilateral relations through increased media collaboration.
The delegation included prominent journalists from both the nations, as well as representatives of China International Communication Group.

The diplomat briefed the delegation about the embassy’s efforts for the realization of the leadership’s vision of both the nations for further enhancing cooperation in different sectors.

The China International Communication Group representatives and Chinese media persons elaborated opportunities for future collaboration with Pakistani media.
