Pakistan and Belarus reaffirms Educational Cooperation

Minsk, 18 October 2021 (TDI): Ambassador of Pakistan to Belarus, Sajjad Haider Khan accompanied by Deputy Head of Mission, Abdullah Amin and Shahmir Amir visited Belarusian State Technological University. Mikhail Dyadenko, Head of Research Unit and Sergey Shetko, Deputy Rectorfor Scientific Activities were present. Also, Head of International Cooperation, Olga Rogova and Dean of Faculty of IT, Dmitry Shiman attended the interaction.

Both sides highlighted the importance of education sector in both states. Moreover, stressed on opportunities of mutual cooperation between universities of Pakistan and Belarus. However, Pakistani side assured of assistance while Belarusian side visiting Pakistan. Also, participation in the exhibition “International Trade and Industry Fair” in Karachi.

Moreover, Pakistani Cyber Security team offered to cooperate in Education. Also, offer courses on cyber security through online as well as physical interaction. However, Belarusian side agreed to proceed on these regulations as soon as possible. Belarusian State Technology University was established in 1930 and is the largest state owned scientific center. It will help bilateral relations between Minsk and Islamabad.
