Pakistan’s Galaxefi Partners with Global Business Alliance to Expand Digital Trade Infrastructure Across Eurasia

Islamabad (TDI): Galaxefi Solutions Private Limited (galaxefi), a Pakistan-based digital trade infrastructure company, has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Global Business Alliance (GBA) to advance interoperable digital trade systems across the CAREC region, CIS economies, and key Eurasian corridors.

The collaboration aims to accelerate the deployment of secure, transparent, and sovereign-aligned digital infrastructure designed to enhance cross-border coordination between governments, regulators, financial institutions, and logistics operators.

The announcement comes at a time when global supply chains are undergoing structural shifts and governments are increasingly prioritizing regulatory visibility, digital compliance, and financial interoperability in cross-border trade.

The initiative is also aligned with emerging National E-Logistics System (NELS) frameworks aimed at digitizing and integrating trade, transport, and financial ecosystems under sovereign oversight.

By supporting interoperable digital architecture that complements national logistics modernization efforts, galaxefi seeks to reinforce transparent, compliant, and technology-enabled trade environments across participating economies.

Under the agreement, the parties will engage institutional stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions to support modernization of trade processes, strengthen digital oversight, and promote interoperable financial communication frameworks.

“The future of cross-border trade will not be defined solely by global platforms, but by resilient and sovereign-aligned digital infrastructure,” said Asif Pervez, Founder and CEO, galaxefi. “This collaboration positions our region to participate in shaping that future rather than reacting to it.”

The CAREC and broader Eurasian corridor connects some of the fastest-evolving trade routes globally, linking Central Asia, South Asia, the Caucasus, and adjacent markets. Analysts view the development of interoperable digital infrastructure across these corridors as a critical step toward long-term trade efficiency and economic integration.

The partnership is structured within a Public–Private Partnership (PPP) framework and may engage regional and multilateral stakeholders as observers to ensure alignment with international standards and regional cooperation objectives.

The parties confirmed that initial engagements are underway with relevant institutions and stakeholders across priority markets.

Galaxefi Solutions Private Limited is a Pakistan-based digital trade infrastructure platform focused on transparency, compliance, and cross-border interoperability, while Global Business Alliance is an international strategic advisory organization facilitating cross-border institutional partnerships.
