Antalya, 9 March 2024 (TDI): Moldova’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mihai Poposi delivered a stirring address at the 2024 Antalya Diplomacy Forum (ADF) highlighting the enduring alliance for regional stability between Moldova and Turkiye.
He extolled the robust bilateral relations and lauded Ankara’s pivotal role as a stabilizing force in the region.
In his keynote speech at the Antalya Diplomacy Forum (ADF), Moldovan Minister Popsoi passionately praised the exceptional rapport shared between Moldova and Turkiye emphasizing Ankaras’s indispensable contribution to regional stability.
Moreover, he stressed the urgent need to bolster Moldova and Turkey’s bilateral cooperation in political, economic, and security spheres to enhance the relationship between the two countries.
“The enduring friendship between Moldova and Türkiye underscores Ankara’s pivotal role as a stabilizing force in our region,” Popsoi asserted.

Popsoi stressed the crucial role of the ADF as a platform for facilitating positive dialogue for effective solutions to regional as well as global challenges that both countries are facing.
Moreover, and both counties call for adherence to international law and the cessation of suffering for all affected individuals.
In addition, Popsoi stated, “The Antalya Diplomacy Forum provides a crucial platform for constructive dialogue and concerted action on pressing regional issues.”
Papsoi dismissed the unfounded allegations regarding the stability in Moldova’s Transnistria region and the Gagauzia Autonomous Region, assuring the attendees that events were settled peacefully without escalations.
The foreign minister also highlighted the regional stability in Moldova’s Transnistria region and the Gagauzia Autonomous Region.
Moreover he commended the commitment of international partners, including Turkyie, in upholding regional security.
