Islamabad (TDI): Director General Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) Captain (Retired) Muhammad Zafar Iqbal on Tuesday visited the grand auction site for commercial plots in Sectors G-13 and G-14.
During the visit, the senior officials of the Housing Authority briefed the director general on the details of the upcoming auction, scheduled for November 13 and 14, 2024.

The auction includes various high-value commercial plots, such as a 2224.9-square-yard petrol pump plot located on the Main Kashmir Highway in Sector G-13.
The plot is expected to attract significant interest from investors owing to its location. The plot is positioned between the Motorway Interchange and the Serena Hotel.
Other prominent listings include a 2602-square-yard mixed-use commercial plot in Sector G-13, four prime corner plots with double parking in G-14 Markaz, as well as several commercial plots in Bazaar No. 5 of G-13, Bazaar No. 6 of G-13/3, Bazaar No. 1 of Sector G-14/2, and Bazaar No. 2 of Sector G-14/3.

Moreover, the auction will feature several small and large plots suitable for diverse commercial ventures.
The DG Housing urged officials to ensure a smooth and successful event and prepare thoroughly for the auction.
The auction will take place at Gandhara Hall, Citizen Club, F-9 Park, at 10:00 a.m.
