Islamabad: June 29, 2021-(TDI) Swiss Ambassador to Pakistan Benedict de Cerjat thanked Prime Minister Imran Khan for mentioning the Switzerland tourism industry during his speech in Naran.
Prime Minister Imran Khan said there is no comparison between Pakistan and Switzerland. Pakistan landscapes are much more beautiful and heavenly. However, the policies of Switzerland towards cleanliness and enforcement of laws are admirable. The whole of Switzerland is half the size of the north but earns $80 billion from its tourism industry.
The Swiss Ambassador agreed with Prime Minister Imran Khan and acknowledged great potential in Pakistan’s tourism industry. He said Pakistan has beautiful landscapes, just like Switzerland.
