Russian Foreign Minister calls Malaysian Counterpart


Moscow, 6 October 2021 (TDI): Foreign Minister of Russia, Sergey Lavrov held a telephonic conversation with his Malaysian Counterpart, Saifuddin Abdullah.

Both parties highlighted the matters regarding bilateral relations that include high-level political contacts, and Operation of the Joint Russian-Malaysian Commission for Economic. Also, Scientific, Technical, and Cultural cooperation. Moreover, discussed efforts to overcome the loss of Pandemic and to strengthen post-pandemic developments.

Both sides stressed the exchange of opinions on the situation in the Asia Pacific Region. Also, reaffirmed for mutual striving to enhance the dialogue between Russia and Malaysia. This high-level interaction will lead to strengthening bilateral relations between Moscow and Kuala Lumpur in the future.
