Manila, 17 September 2021 (TDI): The Philippines’ government purchased additional 753,480 million corona vaccine doses from the USA-based firm Pfizer. The vaccine delivery of Pfizer doses arrived at Ninoy Aquino Terminal III on Wednesday.
According to the government advisor Dr. Ted Herbosa, the newly arrived vaccine will be distributed to the local government units where they can be preserved in cold storage facilities.
The U.S. Embassy in the Philippines stated that they are committed to make sure a steady supply of Covid-19 vaccines to their friends and allies in the Philippines.
