Pakistan’s NSA corresponds with Kazakh Counterpart

Islamabad, 26 August 2021 (TDI): Pakistan National Security Advisor Moeed Yusuf corresponded with his Kazakh counterpart Asset Issekeshev via video call on Wednesday.

Both sides stressed the enhancement of cordial bilateral sides in multisector particularly trade, education, economy, and regional connectivity. Also, both sides emphasized stable and peaceful Afghanistan. Moeed Yousuf hoped that Afghanistan’s land is not used as a threat to its neighbors and other countries as well. In addition, both leaders stressed active engagement in forums of the Inter-Governmental Commission, Joint Working Groups, and Joint Business Council. The parties also highlighted the benefits of direct Commercial flights between Pakistan and Kazakhstan.

Moeed Yusuf hoped to meet his Kazakh counterpart on the sideline events of the SCO Head of States summit which will be held in September in Dushanbe, Tajikistan.
