Pakistan Cultural Center held Ceremony in Azerbaijan University

Baku, 2 October 2021 (TDI): A ceremony was held at the Pakistan Cultural Center. The students of Azerbaijan University participated in this ceremony.

The participants were briefed on the historical ties between the people of Baku and Islamabad. The similarities between the two countries are striking. They have a shared Persian-Turkish history. The participants were briefed on the Pakistani culture. Both Pakistan and Azerbaijan are largely Muslim countries. They have similar cultural, religious, and geopolitical outlooks. Baku State University has a well-established Urdu branch.

During this ceremony, the students expressed their love for Pakistan. The students mentioned that relations between Pakistan and Azerbaijan are very deep and they are strengthening with time. The objective of this ceremony is to promote cultural bonds and foster similarities between two brotherly countries.

Both countries announced continued support to each other on all issues of mutual interest at the global and regional forums. The relationship between Pakistan and Azerbaijan continues to develop in the religious and cultural spheres.
