NSA Afghanistan met with NATO Senior Civilian Representative


Kabul: 31 July 2021 (TDI) 

Hamdullah Mohib, National Security Advisor of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, had a meeting with NATO Senior Civilian Representative to Afghanistan, Stefano Pontecorvo. They decided and discussed during the meeting the practical arrangements regarding the training of Afghan Special Forces. They also negotiated about Hamid Karzai Int’l Airport’s working in an optimal manner.

Furthermore, they expressed their commitments towards the development and advancement of ANDSF’s WPS 1325.

Additionally, during the meeting, Mohib and Pontecorvo expressed their desires and concerns over facilitating and supporting the presence of NATO in Afghanistan in the future.
