MDDC has extended its gratitude to all its donors, partners, and diligent de-miners in the field for their partnership and hard work in making the world a safer place.
For information, MDDC has been actively involved in mine action efforts for many years and has established itself as a leading organization in this field. It is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting mine action efforts around the world.
The organization’s primary focus is on training and deploying mine detection dogs (MDDs) to detect and clear landmines in high-risk areas.
To mention, the MDDs are specially trained to detect explosives, and their work has proven to be incredibly effective in saving lives and reducing the threat of landmines.
On this day, MDDC expresses its appreciation to all those who have supported its mission. “The organization would not have been able to make the significant impact it has made without the support of its donors and partners,” said MDDC in a released statement.
“MDDC would also like to extend its gratitude to its deminers who have been working in the field under challenging conditions, often putting their lives at risk to make the world a safer place,” the organization further added.
Also, MDDC recognizes that there is still much work to be done in the fight against landmines. The organization remains committed to its mission of supporting mine action efforts around the world and working toward a world free from the threat of landmines.
In the same vein, MDDC believes that everyone deserves to live in safety and peace, free from the threat of explosive remnants of war.
As the world commemorates the International Day of Mine Awareness and Assistance in Mine Action, MDDC calls on all governments and organizations to increase their support for mine action efforts around the world.
