New York, 24 September 2021 (TDI): The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan, Ruslan Kazakbaev met many senior officials on the sidelines of the 76th session of the UNGA.
The Kyrgyz Minister met the Latvian counterpart, Edgars Rinkēvičs. Both ministers discussed ways to improve diplomatic ties between the two countries. Next, he met with the Turkish Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu. The ministers discussed their roles and priorities under the 76th session of UNGA.

Furthermore, the Kyrgyz Minister held a meeting with Assistant Secretary of State, Donald Lu. Along with Senior Assistant to the President for National Security Affairs, Eric Green. He told them that Kyrgyzstan seeks to expand its participation in the UN peacekeeping missions.
Lastly, the Kyrgyz leader met with the head of the Foreign Minister of the United States, Antony Blinken.
