He urges for the immediate suspension of such decisions by the Central Bank of Kosovo to allow for a sufficient transition period. It stresses the adverse effects of these actions on the daily lives of the Serbian community in Kosovo.

He emphasizes the long-overdue resolution of the status of Serb parallel structures exclusively through the establishment of the Association of Serb Majority Municipalities.
