Islamabad, August 14, 2021 (TDI): August 14 is celebrated as Pakistan Independence Day, the day the Muslims of the subcontinent set up their homeland. Today marks 75 years of freedom, and every citizen celebrates this day with great zeal and zest. On this occasion, the friendly European countries and their High Commissions in Pakistan, including the Swedish High Commission, the UK High Commission, the German High Commission, the Bulgarian High Commission, the French High Commission, and the European Union Delegation to Pakistan, wished Pakistan a happy Independence Day. In addition, the Spanish Ambassador to Pakistan Manuel Duran Gimenez-Rico sent his sincere well wishes in a video message. He praised Pakistan and its 75 years of great success.
