Moscow, 25,July 2021-(TDI): Pakistan Navy Ship Zulfiqar, the lead ship of the Pakistan Navy’s F22P Zulfikar guided-missile frigate, arrived in St. Petersburg yesterday as part of its overseas missions. PNS Zulfiqar also participated in the 325th anniversary of the Russian Navy Festival.
The navy and Pakistan’s diplomatic mission in Moscow received the ship upon arrival.
Senior navy officials, diplomats, and members of the Pakistani community also participated in the event.
The spokesperson said that the Pakistani Navy’s role in ensuring maritime security in South Asia has been introduced to the audience, and the ship will also participate in Naval Day activities.
He also added that the participation of PNS Zulfiqar will further strengthen bilateral maritime cooperation between Islamabad and Moscow.
