Dhaka, 13 September 2021 (TDI): Alexander Mantytskiy, Russian Ambassador to Afghanistan, held a meeting with the Foreign Minister of Bangladesh, Abul Kalam Abdul Momen, pledges to further strengthen the bilateral cooperation with Bangladesh.
Ambassador Mantytskiy recalled the 1971 Soviet role and Bangabandhu’s visit to Russia in 1972. Both parties have appreciated their friendly relations for the past 50 years. They also discussed the presence of the Russian Foreign Minister at the inauguration of the Rooper nuclear power plant.
Moreover, both sides discussed the bilateral cooperation and promised to further strengthen relations in the coming years.
