LAHORE (TDI): Bangladesh Ambassador to Pakistan, Mohammad Iqbal Khan, announced on Saturday that Bangladesh has simplified its visa process for Pakistani citizens, allowing them to apply for visas online.
“Pakistani nationals can now benefit from an easier and more accessible online visa application system,” he said while addressing the Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI).
Highlighting the strong ties between the two nations, the ambassador emphasized the need to strengthen economic and trade relations.

“The people of Bangladesh hold Pakistan in high regard, and fostering closer cooperation between the two countries is essential,” he remarked.
He also noted the potential role of the LCCI in enhancing bilateral trade and underscored the mutual respect and affection shared between the people of both nations.

LCCI President Mian Abu Zar Shad expressed enthusiasm for expanding trade with Bangladesh, adding that Pakistani business delegations are planning to visit Bangladesh soon to explore opportunities for collaboration.
