Canberra, 3 November 2021, (TDI): Australia shares its commitment with European ally, Austria, to promote rules-based world order.
In a discussion between Australian Foreign Minister and Minister of Women, Marise Payne, and Austrian Foreign Minister, Michael Linhart the two shared their desire for the rules-based world order.
Both the counterparts also encouraged multilateralism to enhance cooperation. Australian Foreign Minister in a tweet added that they also discussed the Indo Pacific cooperation between the two countries. The matters of Covid 19 recovery were also the part of discussion.

While the Austrian Foreign Minister in a tweet stated that he had discussion with his Australian counterpart over multiple international issues. Cooperation to deepen relations between the two countries also came into discussion.

Earlier, both the leaders stressed over cooperation through Strategic Cooperation Arrangements between Australia and Austria.
