Kyiv, 20 December 2023 (TDI): On December 19, the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine held its 4th Diia Summit, the platform for digital public services. There are currently 14 digital documents on smartphones and over 130 online services.
US Ambassador to Ukraine Bridget A. Brink, issued a written statement, “Great to announce an expansion of our support, further digitize the government services, which has helped fight corruption and save $9 billion since 2016. Furthermore, she said, “Ukraine is leading the world in using technology to improve the provision of government services.”
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy addressed the Summit, “We are now launching a new service in Diia which is an exchange of housing certificates, buying and selling cars in just 15 minutes, receiving vehicle registration document through email.
Additionally, he said, “We believe in our strength. We defend our state and work for our country. Diia means act in Ukraine, and we do act.”
President Zelenskyy concluded, “We believe in our strength, We defend our state, and we work for our country.”
President of Ukraine highlights Ukraine’s significance as a country that is hosting a digital summit during Russia’s invasion of the state. President Zelenskyy said, “We are Ukrainians, and when we are confident in ourselves when we work for our societal interests and our state, we set examples for others in the world.”

Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov, in a written statement, said, “I am grateful to all partners for the joint vision and your dedicated support of digital transformation.
Diia is not the common Gov app. It became a pop culture, engaging almost 20 million users in its ecosystem. In addition, he said, “A bunch of new products have been launched digital services for sailors and Diia Officer for State officials.
