Dushanbe, 16 September 2021 (TDI): Shavkat Mirziyoyev, the President of Uzbekistan arrived in Dushanbe to attend 21st Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO).
Uzbek President was warmly welcomed at Dushanbe for his official visit to Tajikistan. 21st SCO Summit is going to be held in Dushanbe on September 17. President Shavkat will physically attend the Summit. Also, will meet officially with Heads of members states in SCO.
A key focus of the summit is Afghanistan. Member states will reach a consensus in urging international bodies to perform their duties for peace and stability in the region. Moreover, Uzbekistan stress strengthening relations at multilateral forum besides bilateral.
