America, 6 August 2021: The Secretary of the United States of America, Antony Blinken communicated with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea Chung Eui-Yong. The United States reaffirmed its support for inter-Korean dialogue and engagement, and the importance of the US and ROK Alliance in the Indo-Pacific region. Blinken in his tweet said that America will stay on the Korean side until its complete denuclearization and establishment of permanent peace on the Korean peninsula.
