TRNC representative met DG Foreign Services Academy

Islamabad, 9 November 2021(TDI): Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus Islamabad Representative Dilşad Şenol met with Zahid Nasrullah Khan, Director General, Foreign Services Academy, Ministery of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan.

Foreign Services Academy recently hosted International Diplomats Training Programs where diplomats from various nationalities join and learn the art of diplomacy. On this occasion, the TRNC representative also signed the memorial book.

Excellency Disad Senol has recently joined the representative office here in Islamabad. Her main goal here in Pakistan is to improve the bilateral ties and promote the bond between the people of TRNC and Pakistan.

One of the key areas that the Representative of TRNC is focusing on is building tourism and education linkages to the next best level.

TRNC is located in the Eastern Mediterranean Sea and is at the juncture of three continents. Cyprus is the third largest island in the Mediterranean sea. TRNC has the capital Lefkoşa and is one of the largest cities of TRNC. Other important cities are Gazimağusa and Girne. English is the official language and Islam is the state religion. Foreign Services Academy is one of the prestigious institutions in offering training to diplomats. The academy was established in 1981 and since then the Academy has trained hundreds of Pakistani and foreign diplomats.
