Tajik Deputy Foreign Minister welcomes Saudi Arabian Ambassador

Riyadh, 28 September 2021 (TDI): The Deputy Foreign Minister of Tajikistan, Muzaffar Huseinzoda welcomed the newly appointed Ambassador of Saudi Arabia to Tajikistan, Waleed bin Abdulrahman Alreshaidan.

During the meeting, the parties reviewed the current situation and future possibilities of bilateral relations. Along with their perspectives on collaboration within international and regional institutions. They discussed ways that can be adopted for enhanced diplomacy and improved relations.

The interlocutors emphasized their strong desire to develop and strengthen mutually beneficial relations. They discussed the significance of the Joint Intergovernmental Commission on economic, trade, investment, and cultural cooperation. Moreover, the political consultations between the two countries were also discussed.
