New York, 28 September 2021 (TDI): The Prime Minister of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, Phankham Viphavanh delivered a speech at the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) on 25 September 2021 to demonstrate the COVID-19 pandemic situation in the near future.

Speaking on the United Nations General Assembly bench, Prime Miniter said that as the International community determines to combat the COVID-19 pandemic and take preventive measures it also gives the world the courage to stand for international commitments.
