Parliamentarians for Global Action

Approximately 1,300 lawmakers from more than 140 elected parliaments worldwide are members of the non-profit, non-partisan international network known as Parliamentarians for Global Action (PGA).

It helps to create an environment that is conducive to positive change by facilitating connections between parliamentarians and civil society, as well as by bridging the gap between domestic and international policy-makers.

PGA was established in 1978 in Washington DC, by a group of parliamentarians from around the world for collective, cohesive, and coordinated actions on global problems.
