Brussels, 11 August 2021 (TDI): On the ten successful years of European External Action Service, EEAS posted a video message of Personal Assistant to Ambassador Pirkka Tapiola’s delegation of European Union to Thailand. Sonia Azzopardi congratulated EEAS for ten successful years and wished that it keeps adopting changes and flexibility the future needs. The EEAS achieved the goal of bringing the people of different countries together at one platform and it allows shifting of minds for the betterment of society.
Moreover, she added that EEAS should remain a global actor always working for the betterment of Europe and increasing its influence all around the world.
EEAS is the European Union’s diplomatic service which has the aim to make the EU’s foreign policy coherent and effective for its global influence. It was established on 10 December 2010.
