London, 3 October 2022 (TDI): The work done for children by United Nations International Children Emergency Fund (UNICEF) UK will be aided by every dollar received through Faces of Soccer Aid.
Victoria Lee McClure, an English Actress and Model introduces Anirlan and demonstrates how these funds may enable UNICEF to provide essential immunizations to every child.
Legendary celebrity portrait photographer, Andy Gotts had captured images of some of the biggest names in the world of entertainment and sports.
Moreover, all revenues from the sales of the signed prints, which were taken behind the scenes during Soccer Aid for UNICEF 2021 and 2022, had to be supporting UNICEF’s efforts to provide children all over the world the best start in life.
By addressing the problems that upend childhoods, such as famine, sickness, and war, UNICEF enables kids to learn, reconstruct their lives, and receive healthcare so they can resume being kids.
How does Money help?
Victoria Lee McClure said that “This is how far your donations to soccer aid for UNICEF can go.”
She introduced a two-year-old Anirlan from Mongolia. She added that “She lives in the remote snow forests in the far North of Mongolia.
Every year children in Mongolia die from diseases that could be prevented by simple vaccinations and Anirlan is at risk but the vaccine Anirlan needs is hundreds of miles away. Along with vaccinator Oggi, they have to undergo an epic journey.
Driving on unpaved roads in the wilderness. And the most perilous part of the journey is across a huge frozen lake until there is the only way left to travel.
Soccer Aid for UNICEF will go to the ends of the Earth to protect children. Anirlan has no idea how far has vaccine has come but at that moment just like that. She is now protected against a killer disease and we cannot do this without you.”
