New York, 23 September 2021 (TDI): Anze Logar, the Slovenian Minister of Foreign affairs met with Pakistani Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi amid the 76th session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York.
The two counterparts talked about enhancing the bilateral cooperation between the two countries. Slovenia, being a member of the European Union also discussed the cooperation of the EU with Pakistan.

Afghan issue was also discussed by both diplomats. The current situation of Afghanistan was debated which poses threat to the peace and stability of the region. Later on, the Pakistani Foreign Minister also invited his counterpart to visit Pakistan.
