Riyadh (TDI): The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs has strongly condemned a deadly attack on police in Gargarai area of Karak district, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, which claimed the lives of five officers.
The incident occurred on Tuesday when a police van was ambushed in a combined bombing and shooting attack.
In an official statement on Wednesday, the Saudi foreign ministry reaffirmed the kingdom’s “total rejection of all terrorist and extremist acts” and condemned any attempts to undermine Pakistan’s security and stability.
The ministry also extended “sincere condolences and sympathy to the families of the victims, and to the government and people of Pakistan in this painful loss.”
