Islamabad, 4 September 2021 (TDI): A special facility or provision of ”Sehat Insaf Card” has been added to Pakistan’s Citizen Portal. This facility is provided so that citizens can address their complaints timely.
The Sehat Insaf Card is the initiative taken by Prime Minister Imran Khan. The aim of Pakistan’s Citizen Portal is to provide citizens with an opportunity where they can communicate with government bodies and have their issues handled fairly and with priority.
By using this facility, citizens can directly lodge their complaints including lack of services, staff behavior, and delay in treatment. Hospitals can also register their complaints regarding any problem by using this card.
