Islamabad, 26 January 2023 (TDI): The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the State of Palestine strongly condemned the bloody and barbaric incursion carried out by the Israeli Occupation forces.
The Israeli Occupation forces brutally attacked the people of Palestine in Jenin and its Camp since this morning. They besieged the Camp, sealed off all of its entrances, and fired live ammunition into it with the intention of extrajudicially killing people.
The Palestinian Foreign Ministry expressed that the Occupation’s arrogance and insistence on escalating the situation in the arena of conflict are questionable. It also threatens to blow it up completely.
The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs wondered in the statement if the International Community and the American Administration do not act now, when will it act.
This is the time that in light of these brutal scenes and crimes committed by the Occupying Forces, the international community must act to triumph over its principles and positions and preserve what remains of its credibility.

On Thursday morning, Israeli forces raided the West Bank’s Jenin refugee camp, killing nine Palestinians and injuring many more in the latest in a series of such assaults on Palestinian cities.
Tens of thousands of Palestinians marched in the deceased’s funeral procession, and Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas declared a three-day national mourning period.
The attack, which comes amid an Israeli escalation in the West Bank, is the deadliest in more than a year, bringing the total number of Palestinians killed by Israeli forces this year to 29.
Under Benjamin Netanyahu’s new far-right government, Israeli violence against Palestinians has increased in the new year, particularly in the West Bank.
