Islamabad, 25 September 2021 (TDI): Pakistan’s National Security Advisor, Moeed Yusuf held a meeting with the Ambassador of Japan, Kuninori Matsuda.
The need to increase bilateral trade during a pandemic was highlighted. The Ambassador showed interest in enhancing cooperation that could benefit the people of both countries. The two also agreed to maintain regular communication. Along with improving diplomatic ties between the two friendly countries.
The Ambassador complimented the Pakistani government’s efforts to stem the spread of Covid-19. He told that Japan would continue to aid Pakistan in its fight against the disease in the aftermath of COVID-19.
