Perth, 11 July 2023 (TDI): Pakistan’s High Commissioner to Australia, Zahid Hafeez Chaudhri, met with Jake Garman, Deputy Vice-Chancellor of the Edith Cowan University (ECU).

This meeting was held earlier today to enhance the pre-existing academic ties between the University and Pakistan’s Higher Education Commission (HEC).

Edith Cowan University is located in Perth, Western Australia, and is recognized as one of Australia’s leading universities in the field of education and research.

The collaboration agreements between ECU and HEC aim to promote academic exchange programs, joint research projects, and faculty development initiatives, benefiting students and scholars from both countries.

This kind of agreement helps strengthen the academic ties between the two countries and fosters cultural understanding and knowledge sharing between Australia and Pakistan.

Through these collaborations, students and scholars from both countries have the opportunity to gain international exposure, broaden their perspectives, and contribute to global research advancements in various fields of study.
