Oman participates in Middle East Mediterranean Summer Summit

Lugano, 25 August 2021 (TDI): The Foreign Minister of Oman, Sayyid Badr bin Hamad bin Hamoud Al Busaidi attended the 4th edition of the Middle East and Mediterranean Summer Summit forum at the Swiss-Italian University in Lugano on Wednesday.

Delivering his speech, the Omani Foreign Minister highlighted the concept of social justice and its importance of implementation in all foreign and domestic policies. The summit underlined many topics this week including the Palestinian issue and challenges facing Europe in the context of a large number of refugees influx.

Moreover, issues related to challenges of the Middle East and Mediterranean region, and developments in global history were also discussed at the Summer Summit.
