The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Canada, Marc Garneau had telephonic contact with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Botswana, Lemogang Kwape.
The two officials talked about the bilateral relations between their nations and their mutual determination to work for the enhancement of human rights, gender equality, media freedom, and democracy. Minister Garneau expressed excitement over the aspect of their future collaboration, inclusive of countering the pandemic.
