Meeting between Kazakh and Yemeni Ambassadors to Pakistan


Islamabad, 3 August 2021 (TDI): On Monday, Qystapa Erjan, Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Pakistan, had a meeting with Mohammed Motahar Alashabi, Ambassador of Yemen to Pakistan. During the meeting, both parties discussed the regional situation as well as the possibility of cooperation between Kazakhstan and Yemen.

The Yemeni Ambassador is expected to visit Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan, where he will meet with the Foreign Minister of Kazakhstan and other government officials. The Kazakh ambassador also expressed willingness to support Alashabi’s plans to expand bilateral cooperation between Kazakhstan and Yemen.

Following the meeting, the ambassadors agreed to keep in touch regularly.
