Beijing, 23 August 2021 (TDI): The Chinese premier Li Keqiang extended his wishes to the new Prime Minister of Malaysia Ismail Sabri. Ismail Sabri swore as the new PM of Malaysia on Saturday, succeeding Muhyiddin Yassin.
In his message, Li underscored the traditional neighborly relations between Malaysia and China. He mentioned that Malaysia and China have maintained good bilateral relations over time and highlighted that how their cooperative work in different fields and sectors has benefited the people of both states and also contributed to bringing prosperity and development to the region.
Li also expressed his desire to work with the new PM Sabri in several fields to enhance the bilateral relations between the two states.
