Riga, 30 September 2021 (TDI): Edgars Rinkevicks, the Foreign Minister Of Latvia congratulated Karen Donfried, the newly appointed American Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs.
Latvia being a member of the European Union as well as of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization enjoys good bilateral relations with the United States of America.
