Abu Dhabi, 13 August 2021 (TDI): On Friday, the Ambassador of Iraq to Abu Dhabi, Dr. Muzaffar Mustafa Al-Jubouri met with the Chairman of the Board of Directors of UAE Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Abdullah Muhammad Al-Mazrouei.
In the meeting, Muhammad Helal Al Muhairi, the Director-General of Abu Dhabi Chambers of Commerce and Industry was also present. During the conversation, the officials discussed various areas including bilateral relations, leadership, economy, and trade between Iraq and UAE.
The officials expressed their intent to strengthen cooperation in the field of economy in the public and private sectors of both countries. They also emphasized organizing the “Iraqi-Emirati forum” for enhancing investment opportunities between both states.
The Chairman also highlighted the importance of implementing joint cooperation with Iraq to increase the scope of trade and investment.
