Tehran, 18 June 2023 (TDI): Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah met with President of Iran Ebrahim Raisi at the Presidential Palace in Iran. The visit significantly developed the two brotherly countries’ bilateral ties.
During the conversations, Minister Prince Faisal conveyed the sincere greetings and appreciation of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia, to President Raisi. They sent their best wishes for the progress and prosperity of the Iranian government and its people.
In return, President Raisi extended his greetings and appreciation to the Saudi King, Crown Prince, and Prime Minister, emphasizing his hopes for the continued prosperity and well-being of the government and people of Saudi Arabia.
The discussions between President Raisi and Foreign Minister Faisal encompassed a comprehensive review of bilateral relations and exploring strategies to strengthen further and develop ties across various sectors.
