Sana’a, 29 September 2021 (TDI): The Foreign Minister of Yemen, Hisham Sharaf Abdullah congratulated his counterpart, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Botswana Lemogang Kwape, in advance today.
In his message, the Foreign Minister congratulated his counterpart on the National Day of the country. Botswana celebrates its National Day on the 30th of September every year. The day hence observes as a national holiday and marks the independence of the country in 1966.
Botswana is a land-locked country in Southern Africa. Both Yemen and Botswana enjoy cordial relations based on mutual interest and cooperation. Yemen, as per its foreign policy, maintains bilateral as well as diplomatic relations with Botswana in order to collaborate for joint benefit.
