Tashkent, 25 August 2021 (TDI): Shah Mahmood Qureshi, Foreign Minister of Pakistan, met with Shavkat Mirziyoyev, President of Uzbekistan. Both parties emphasized the importance of bilateral cooperation in the sectors of commerce and economy.
The goodwill of Prime Minister Imran Khan was expressed through Pakistan’s Foreign Minister. Both sides talked about the evolving situation in Afghanistan. They expressed hope that Afghan leaders will be able to broker an inclusive political solution for regional peace, stability, and development.
