San Salvador, 10 September 2022 (TDI): The Foreign Minister of El Salvador, Alexandra Hill Tinoco visits the Embassy of the United Kingdom (UK). The Foreign Minister of El Salvador paid respect to the British Royal Family.

She also expressed her sorrow to the UK’s Ambassador, David Lelliot regarding the death of Queen Elizabeth II. She added that the legacy of Queen Elizabeth II will always be remembered.

The British Ambassador to El Salvador, David Lelliot thanked the Foreign Minister for paying a visit. He also thanked her for their kind words and solidarity with the people of the UK.

El Salvador’s President remarks on Queen’s demise

The President of El Salvador, Nayib Bukele stated in an announcement on his official Twitter about his and his wife’s sadness about the Queen’s death. President Bukele sent a message to the Royal Family and paid his condolences.

International Reaction to Death of Queen Elizabeth II

The Queen of the United Kingdom and Commonwealth, Elizabeth II’s demise raised the messages and reactions of condolences on the international level.

The reign of Queen Elizabeth II remained from the year of 1952 to 2022. It was confirmed by Buckingham Palace on Thursday, 8 September 2022.

Queen Elizabeth II remained the figurehead of the United Kingdom and Commonwealth nations including Canada and New Zealand.

International leaders including the Secretaries-General, Religious Figureheads, Heads of States, Heads of Governments, and Foreign Ministers paid their respects to the late monarch.

The US President Joe Biden and the American First Lady, Jill Biden paid their condolences while the United Nations Secretary-General, Antonio Guterres pointed her out as a good friend of the United Nations.
