Flash mobs organized across China to sing for CPC’s centennial

-

Islamabad:22 June 2021-(TDI):  The China Media Group has organized nine flash mob events across the country on June 21st with the theme of “Sing a Folk Song to the Party” to celebrate the founding of the Communist Party of China’s (CPC) 100th anniversary. These were the first-ever flash mob events that took place at the Suzhou Industrial Park in China’s Jiangsu Province. The representatives were from the scientific innovation field, industrial workers, and local residents from all walks of life joined the flash mob choir on the banks of Jinji Lake. The song was composed in 1963 and became a household name in China after the famous Tibetan soprano Tseten Dolma sang it in the 1960s.

The event shows the Chinese people’s love and gratitude to the party for liberating them from the old society.
