Islamabad, 1 October 2021 (TDI): Foreign Minister of Denmark Jeppe Kofod visits Pakistan, discusses bilateral ties with Pakistani counterpart.
Foreign Minister of Denmark Jeppe Kofod and Foreign Minister of Pakistan Shah Mahmood Qureshi conversed and shared bilateral interests including green transition, climate change, regional stability, and sustainable trade.

Foreign Minister Jeppe Kofod urged Pakistan to cajole the Afghan Taliban to fulfill their commitments that they did regarding human rights in Afghanistan. Further, Denmark Foreign Minister Jeppe Kofod recognized Pakistan’s help in the evacuation operation from Kabul.
He also talked with Pakistan’s journalists and diplomats and thanked airport staff for their role in the Danish evacuation operation.
