Czech Republic delivers vaccines to Vietnam

Hanoi, 01 September 2021 (TDI): The Government of the Czech Republic donated 250,000 doses of COVID-19 vaccines to Vietnam.

A Qatar Airways flight delivered the supply to Hanoi. It included 210,000 doses of AstraZeneca and 40,000 doses of the Moderna vaccine. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Prague told that the Czech Government has a surplus stock of Moderna and AstraZeneca vaccines. The government has decided to deliver these vaccines to countries in need.
