San Jose, 4 September 2021 (TDI): Costa Rican President Carlos Alvarado Quesada expressed his gratitude towards the Canadian government for donating 319,200 doses of the AstraZeneca vaccine to help Costa Rica tackle the severity of Covid-19.
President Alvarado tweeted on Saturday announcing the arrival of 319,200 AstraZeneca doses to Costa Rica from Canada, under the COVAX program.
