Beijing, 23 August 2023 (TDI): Chinese Premier Li Qiang expressed China’s willingness to Collaboration with the United States in fulfilling their roles as significant nations.

This collaboration involves jointly upholding international trade rules and ensuring the stability of global industrial and supply chains.

Premier Li made these remarks during a meeting on August 21.

The meeting was with a delegation of the U.S-China Business Council (USCBC), which was led by Marc N. Casper, chair of USCBC.

He emphasized that China is the world’s largest developing country, while the United States is the largest developed country.

Delegation members, including Casper, conveyed USCBC’s support for sound bilateral relations and economic cooperation.

Recognizing the pivotal role of the Chinese market in bolstering the competitiveness of American firms, it was highlighted that the US-China Business Council (USCBC) embraces the Chinese government’s signal of intent to intensify reform and expand openness.
