Shanghai, 5 August 2021 (TDI): The celebrations of 70 years of diplomatic ties between China and Pakistan continue as an exhibition titled ‘Image-Making’ was held in Baoku Art Center in Shanghai. The exhibition started on Tuesday and will continue till August 8. The exhibition showcased the Pakistani carpet art collection and Chinese photography works.
The exhibition was supported by the consulate general of Pakistan in Shanghai. The objective behind the event is to demonstrate cultural contact via carpets, painting, and photography between the two ancient civilizations.
The Consul general of Pakistan Consulate General Shanghai, Hussain Haider, addressed the opening ceremony on Tuesday and shared his desire to see a much stronger and deeper bilateral cooperation between the two nations. He also mentioned that the China-Pakistan economic corner along with promoting economic and business ties between the two nations is also very effective in promoting the cultural cooperation between the two nations.
